Datta Kshetra Samdarsanam

I came across the videos of Datta Kshetras. These videos are made by the devotees of Sri Vasudevananda Saraswati Swami (Sri Vasudevananda Saraswati Tembe Swami Maharaj Bhakta Parivar). Here is the link to the play-list:

I like these videos very much; I think they prepared these videos by strictly adhering to the Guru Charitra; they covered various aspects like: how to reach to those kshetras, what are the things to visit there, timings, special occasions, corresponding stories from Guru Charitra, beautiful and absorbing Bhajans & stotras written by Sri Tembe Swami, Narahari etc. Although the commentary is in Marathi, it won't be that difficult to guess (more or less!) as they have used pictorial illustrations and also because most of us are familiar with those leelas in Guru Charitra...

Mentioning below the Kshetras that they covered (in the same order), some brief incomplete notes for quick reference, and also links to description of those places given by Master garu in "శ్రీ దత్తావతార మహత్యం" book:

1. Mahurgad (in Maharastra)

Even This Will Pass Away!

A simple poem/story encapsulating profound message worth contemplating... 

Even This Will Pass Away

Once in Persia reigned a king,
Who upon his signet ring,
Graved a maxim true and wise,
Which, when held before his eyes,
Gave him counsel at a glance,
Fit for every change and chance,
Solemn words, and these were they:
"EVEN THIS WILL PASS AWAY."

Trains of camel through the sand
Brought him gems from Samarcand;
Fleets of galleys through the seas
Brought him pearls to match with these,
But he counted little gain,
Treasures of the mine or main;
"What is wealth?" the king would say,
"EVEN THIS WILL PASS AWAY."

In the revels of his court,
At the zenith of the sport,
When the palms of all his guests
Burned with clapping at his jests,
He, amid his figs and wine,
Cried, "O loving friends of mine.
Pleasures come but not to stay,

పదేళ్ళ తర్వాత పరిస్థితులు ఎలా ఉంటాయో?

ఇప్పుడు  చేయవలిసిన పనిని హాయిగా చెయ్యడం మానేసి, భవిష్యత్తులో నేను ఏ ఉద్యోగంలోకి మారితే బాగుటుంది? ఏ సిటీలో స్థిరపడితే బెటర్‌గా ఉంటుంది? అప్పటికి నా ఆరోగ్యం ఎలా ఉంటుందో? అని, ఇలాంటి long-term విషయాల గురించి ఇప్పటినుంచీ బుర్ర వేడెక్కి పోయి, పొగలొచ్చేసేలా తీవ్రంగా ఆలోచిస్తూ, నిరంతర మేథోమథనం చేస్తూ, కనపడ్డ ప్రతీవాడి బుర్రా కూడా తినేసేవారికోసమని ఓ చక్కటి పాట :-)
