Let my plan be an epitome of the Divine Plan.

May we speak the silence without breaking it.
May we live in the awareness of the background.

ఎవరెవర్ని కోప్పడ్డా నన్ను చాలా బాధపెట్టిన వారవుతారు. ఒకరినొకరు దూషిస్తే నేను చాలా బాధ పడతాను. ఎవడు ధైర్యంగా ఈ నిందను దూషణను సహిస్తాడో వాడు నాకెంతో ఆనందం కలిగిస్తాడు. ఎవడైనా నిన్ను నిందించినా శిక్షించినా వాడితో పోట్లాడవద్దు. సహించలేకపోతే  ఒకటి రెండు మాటలతో ఓర్పుతో సమాధానం చెప్పు. లేకుంటే నామం స్మరిస్తో ఆ చోటు విడిచిపో. వాడితో యుద్ధం చేసి దెబ్బకు దెబ్బ తియ్యవద్దు. నువ్వెవ్వరితోనైనా పోట్లాడితే నాకు చాలా ఏహ్యం కలుగుతుంది. ఎవరిగురించి తప్పుగా మాట్లాడవద్దు. నీ గురించి ఎవరైనా మాట్లాడితే చలించకు. వాడి మాటలు నీకేమీ గుచ్చుకోవు కదా! ఇతరులు చేసే పనులకు వారిమీదే ప్రభావముంటుంది. నువ్వు చేసే పనులకు నీపై ప్రభావముంటుంది. ఇదే ఆనందానికి మార్గం. తక్కిన ప్రపంచం తలక్రిందులు కానివ్వు. దానిని లక్ష్యపెట్టక ఋజుమార్గంలో వెళ్ళు.

The Way Told by Sai for Happiness:
If anybody comes and abuses you or punishes you, do not quarrel with him. If you cannot endure it, speak a simple word or two, or else leave the place. But do not battle with him and give tit for a tat. I feel sick and disgusted when you quarrel with others … Do not fight with any; nor scandalise any. When one talks ill of you, pass on unperturbed. His words cannot pierce your body. Others acts will affect them only and not you. It is only your acts that will affect you. If others hate us, let us take to nama japa and avoid them … Do not bark at people; do not be pugnacious. Bear with other’s reproach … This is the way to happiness. Let others and the world turn topsy-turvy, but do not mind that; keep on to your own straight course.

Live Telecast of SriSailam Yoga Classes: Master EK trust

I am glad to inform you that there is a daily live cast in the internet, of Yoga Classes taking place in Srisailam.

These classes are conducted as a part of Service Activities of Master EK (Ekkirala Krishnamacharya garu) Trust.
These classes are taught by Sriman Ekkirala Ananta Krishna garu & Sriman M Punanaiah Sastry garu.
The classes are from 17th January to 5th February, from morning 6 AM to evening 7 pm.
